Pasta with vegtables and boursin.
Pasta is always a good idea to eat. But sometimes you want it a little bit different than the usual pastas. So I made a pasta that I thought of myself with some underrated veggies like celery and a bunch of onions and it was really good. I have outdone myself again (haha).


Ingredients (4 persons):
- 2 Onions
- 1 Red onion.
- 2 Cloves of garlic.
- Bunch of onion.
- Celery.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- 300gr Boursin pepper.
- 500gr Capellini.
- Salt, pepper.
- Rosemary and chives.

Step 1.
Cut all the vegetables and the garlic (except for the cherry tomatoes) into small pieces and stove until it's almost ready. 

Step 2.
Take a casserole, put some olive oil into the casserole and spread it. Place the two pieces of boursin into the center of the oven dish. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and put it in the casserole, together with some rosemary. Take the rest of the stewed vegetables and put this into the ovendish as well.


Step 3.
Preheat the oven on 200°C or 392°F. Put the casserole in the oven for 20-30minutes.

Step 4.
Cook your pasta just before the casserole is ready.

Step 5.
You can bake a steak or some quorn as something extra with the dish.
