Quesadillas.
Quesadilla
First time I tried Quesadillas was when I was in spain (5 years ago). It was so delicious. Sadly I forgot about this for a couple of years until I was searching for recipes, that's when I came across of quesadillas and I wanted to make it. I just love this recipe, it's so cheesy and tasteful.
Ingredients (2 persons)
- 4 Wraps or tortillas.
- 2 Avocados.
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- Pepper salt.
- 300gr Minced meat.
- 1 Bag of cheese (grated).
- Salt, pepper and taco seasoning.
- Coriander (optionel).
- Sour cream.
- Lemon juice.
- Butter.
Guacamole:
Cut the avocado open and remove the stone, spoon the flesh out of the skin and put in a bowl. Peel and cut your tomatoes, cloves of garlic and 1 onion. Put in the bowl with the flesh of avocado. Put some lemon juice, salt, pepper and taco seasoning in the bowl. Mix it al op now with a mixer. Season further with salt, pepper, taco seasoning and lemon juice until it's good enough for you.
If you like coriander, you can put it in the bowl as well.
Minced meat:
Take some butter and put it in a heated pan. Cut the other onion into pieces and put it in the heated pan. Let it sutter. Put the minced meat into the pan and season with some salt, pepper and taco seasoning.
Quesadillas:
Get your grill (or use a heated pan) and put a wrap or torilla in it. Smear the homemade guacamole on it, put your meat on it, and sprinkle some ground cheese on top. Put your other wrap or tortilla on top. Close your grill for a couple of minutes. If you use a pan, I recommend flipping the Quesadilla so that its crispy on both sides.
When the quesadilla is ready, serve with some sour cream for extra flavour.
Voila! Bon appétit.
Love,
DarkBlue.
