Casserole with bell pepper.

This casserole is really easy to make and very delicious. Also, you don't need a lot of it, because it fills very well.




Ingredients: (for 4 persons)
- 1kg almost cooked potatoes, cutted into slices.
- 1 Red onion, in rings.
- 600g Minced meat.
- 3 Paprika's, in pieces.
- Olive oil.
- 1 jar of Boursin cuisine garlic and herbs.
- 1dl Milk.

Step 1: 
Bake the minced meat with the red onion and the paprika's in the olive oil. Preheat the oven on 200°C or 392°F.

Step 2:
Butter a oven dish.

Step 3:
Put the potato slices in the oven dish and arrange the minced meat all around.

Step 4:
Stir the Boursin cousine with 1dl milk and pour this over the dish.

Step 5:
Put the dish in the oven for 15 minutes on 200°C.
