Touché Amoré had his darkness through the years, Lament kinda feels like 'the light at the end of the tunnel'. It's an album that reflects on life. The message TA gives with this album is: "That time doesn't heal. That love can nurture. That it's okay not to be okay." The post hardcore band made this album and did a great job on giving us that message. The songs on this album are about grief, anxiety.. Their also optomistic and positive. A well written album.
The album starts with 'Come Heroine', and ends with 'A Forecast'. Great starter and a great ending of this album. They remind me of being there for people in hard times (like grief). It's important to stand by people and not giving them space. When you give people space in hard times, it gets even harder for them to do it alone and in times like these, you shouldn't do anything alone! A beautiful album with good meaning. Go check it out!
