Vegan pita bread with quorn.
This dish is completely vegan, and super easy to make. You can choose your own ingredients for this dish. I did 20 minutes over it. This is how I made the vegan pita:
Ingredients: (for 5 persons)
- 1 Lettuce.
- 1 Pack of cherry tomatoes mixed with (1) onion and chives.
- Vegan garlic sauce.
- 1 Onion.
- 3 Sweet paprika.
- 3 Packs quorn.
- 1 Vegan feta cheese.
- 2 packs of pita bread (vegan), each pack has 5 pieces.
Step 1:
Preheat the oven on 220°C or 428°F.

Step 2:
Cut all the vegetables into slices or pieces. That's up to you.
Step 3:
Season the quorn with herbs of choice and bake. I Seasoned it with: salt, pepper, turmeric and curry.
Step 4:
Put the Pita breads in the oven for 4-6 minutes.
Step 5:
Cut a small opening in the pita bread. Spread the garlic sauce in it. Put the vegetables, feta cheese and quorn in it as well and put some garlic sauce on top.

Everything is vegan, and the sauce is light. So the dish is kinda healthy. Also very quick and easy to make and very good to eat.
